West End Memorial Park
The placques naming the police chiefs;fire chiefs
and ambulance captains will be mounted here.
When completed,this will be the bridge linking the two sections of the park.One section of the
park on the left ,looking from the street,will be dedicated to emergency services personnel.The other side will be dedicated to those people of the city who have distinguished themselves in community service.

Remember 9/11/01
On the left is the wall and planter on the right side of the park(looking from West Main Street).
On the right is the wall on the left side of the park.
On the left is another view of where the emergency services placques will be mounted.On the
right John Wulff,DPW foreman,watches Otto Banghart;Kevin DeGroat and Steve Duryea work
on the planter wall.
The gazebo has found a home now and will stay in it's present location.The masons have started putting the cap on the bridge railings.
